Command interface
Ask in plain language; get an answer with its sources, or a proposed action with its consequences spelled out.
This is the full product as designed. It is the destination, not the day-one build — the roadmap says plainly what exists first.
The core
One private intelligence that knows who you are, what you own, where you live and travel, who matters to you, what you've promised, how you like things done, and what has happened before.
Ask in plain language; get an answer with its sources, or a proposed action with its consequences spelled out.
Everything incoming, sorted by what it asks of you rather than when it arrived.
One queue of prepared actions, each showing exactly what will happen if you approve it.
Modules
The most important interface in the product. On open it answers five questions: what's happening today, what requires a decision, what changed, what Alfred is already handling, and what's coming. Organised into schedule, decisions, money, people, risks and prepared work.
Inbox summarisation with important-person detection, drafted replies, unanswered-thread detection, commitment extraction, attachment understanding, and source-attributed retrieval — "what did I agree with John about the property?"
Events become workflows: conflict detection, travel time, automatic preparation, schedule compression. Before a meeting: who they are, what you last agreed, what's outstanding. After: decisions, promises, tasks and follow-ups, extracted.
Identity, preference, relationship, episodic, commitment and procedural memory. The last one matters most over time: Alfred learns how you like recurring things handled, down to the exact arrival checklist for a particular house.
Private profiles covering interaction history, commitments, interests, gift history and next follow-up — queried in plain language, never shared or sold.
Passports, insurance, contracts, property papers, warranties, invoices, tax records, memberships and vehicle records — OCR'd, classified, semantically searchable, with expiry dates and obligations extracted and tracked.
Renewals, servicing, subscriptions, licences, visas, warranties, checkups and deadlines — caught before they become urgent rather than after.
Invoice detection, subscription and recurring-bill tracking, price-change alerts, duplicate-charge detection, payment preparation, receipts and adviser coordination. Administration only — Alfred does not trade, invest or advise.
Your airlines, seats, hotels, dietary requirements, drivers, documents and loyalty programmes, applied to every itinerary — including when something goes wrong at eleven at night in another time zone.
Per-property contractors, utilities, insurance, access, inventories and maintenance; per-asset receipts, warranties, valuations and service history for cars, art, watches and collections.
Credential health, phishing and suspicious-communication flagging, document-sharing warnings, device and session overview, breach reminders, and secure storage — because this audience is a target.
AI does retrieval, classification, drafting and tracking. People do the phone calls, negotiation, judgement and real-world coordination. You see one interface either way.
Boundaries
No securities, no crypto, no moving large sums autonomously, and no financial advice — at any autonomy mode, ever.
Health administration only: appointments, records, providers, insurance. No diagnosis, no treatment.
High-impact actions always require your confirmation. Autonomy applies to routines you defined, inside limits you set.
Status: this page describes the designed product. Features arrive in the order set out on the roadmap, and reservations are for the first production run — not for a finished product available today.
The whole product depends on one design decision: your private memory lives on a machine you own.
