Questions, answered plainly

If something here reads as evasive, ask us directly — that's a fair test of a company that wants this much context about your life.

Is Alfred available now?

No. It is in development. This site exists so the people it's being built for can follow the work, reserve a place in the first run, or invest. Nothing is for sale.

Who is it for?

People whose operational complexity has outgrown one inbox and one calendar: multiple properties, frequent travel, several advisers, high communication volume, businesses owned or run. Net worth is a rough proxy; complexity is the real qualifier.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

General assistants reason well but start each conversation nearly blank, hold no private memory of your life, connect to nothing, and cannot act on your behalf under controlled authority. Alfred is a permissioned system built around persistent private memory — the model is one component inside it, not the product.

Where does my data live?

On an Alfred Core you own, encrypted at rest. In the default hybrid deployment, heavier reasoning may be routed to an approved external model; a fully local deployment routes nothing out. Either way it's logged. See privacy & control.

Will it do things without asking me?

Only what you've explicitly authorised, and only at the higher autonomy modes you chose. It starts in observe-only. High-impact actions always need confirmation, and authority can be revoked instantly.

Can it manage my investments?

No — and it never will. Alfred does financial administration: invoices, subscriptions, due dates, duplicate charges, receipts, adviser coordination. It does not trade, move large sums autonomously or give financial advice.

Is there a human involved?

Yes, where a human is genuinely better: phone calls, negotiation, judgement and real-world coordination escalate to a person. You use the same interface either way.

What does it cost?

Indicative bands are published on the reservation page, framed honestly as a hypothesis being tested with the first design partners rather than a rate card. Reserving costs nothing.

What am I committing to by reserving?

Nothing. No payment, no card, no contract. You're holding a place and agreeing to a conversation when installs approach.

Is this a crowdfunding campaign?

No. Nothing is being crowdfunded and no money is collected on this site. Reservations are free, and investment happens only through proper documentation with independent advice.

Still deciding?

Reserve a place — it costs nothing and commits you to nothing — or just follow the build.
