Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal or booking confirmation. A 40% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 60% balance due on completion.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is possible up to 14 days after the initial deposit is paid; in that case, 50% of the deposit is returned. Monthly services may be cancelled at any time during the month, with service continuing until the end of the period already paid for.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and code — is owned by Origin Media or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or reuse any of it without our prior written permission. Ownership of deliverables created for clients is addressed in the relevant service agreement.
8. Disclaimer of liability
Information on this website is provided in good faith and for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on it. Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
